Mathematics is among the most fascinating of all intellectual disciplines, the purest of all art forms and the most challenging of games.The four year program encourages students to think critically and develops effective problem solving skills.

The curriculum is based on the CXC syllabus:

• Sets

• Geometry

• Algebra

• Trigonometry

• Relations, Functions & Graphs

• Probaility & Statistics

   

• Consumer Arithmetic

Mathematics supports all other academic subject and facilitates problem solving in diverse career fields.  An internal Math Olympiad is held annually.  The winners go on to participate in the Belize National Math Olypmiad.  CCC has consistently had strong representation and in 2008 we were the National Math Olympiad Champions.
